It is painfully obvious now, that the incessant selling of the timeshares/points ownerships over and over and over ad-infinitum has basically made reservations at most resorts practically impossible. The monthly 'dues', however, continue uninterrupted and with regular increases.

These practices are completely unethical and indicate a total lack of concern for the many long time patrons of the Club. The extremely unpleasant pressure sales efforts at the resorts (when one is fortunate to 'strike it lucky) is again, unethical and unfeeling towards the membership. I would imagine that the profitability of the SVC has skyrocketed over the last five years plus, so the feverish search for more profits, at members' expense and degradation of services has gone un-noticed or un-cared for by the Company management.

It's bad business, unethical and a totally unfair way of doing business, which can only result in the failure of the business. Be warned!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Quality of the timeshare properties.

I didn't like: Lack of choice and availability of the timeshare properties, High pressure sales staff.
